About Us

Richard Jones is an Assistant Headteacher in a large inner city school in Nottingham, East Midlands, UK. He has responsibility for Upper Key Stage 2, Disadvantage Premium and Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare. He is an SLE for Transform Trust, a multi-academy Trust, and a facilitator for OLEVI.

More importantly, Richard is a Year 6 teacher whose passion is being in the classroom, shaping and moulding young minds.

Having only taught for 7 years, Richard still considers himself a novice; always actively looking for ways to develop his craft and build his skillset.

This blog is designed to bring together those experiences, both teaching and leadership, and share them with likeminded professionals.
